Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator Night Shift Registered Nurse

In this role, you will serve as a primary nurse for patients on the night shift, coordinating care planning with other disciplines and prioritizing tasks based on patient need.

**Core Responsibilities:**

  • You will assess and interpret patient data to develop outcome-driven plans.
  • You will safely administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions.
  • You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel as needed.

**Requirements and Benefits:**

  • A diploma or associates degree in nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
  • No experience is necessary.
