About the Role
Fairmount Homes, Inc is a five-star retirement community in Ephrata, PA. We are looking for a skilled Billing and Admissions Assistant to join our team.
Job Description
- Maximize Health Center census by effectively marketing Fairmount as the top choice for Rehab and long-term care needs.
- Implement an effective, streamlined admissions process resulting in high patient satisfaction.
- Closely work with the Nursing Team to determine appropriate candidates for admission.
- Work with the Billing Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate patient invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communicate professionally with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate critical problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities.
- Perform various duties while meeting deadlines proficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and promote good communication using the English language.
