About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PBX Operator / Receptionist to join our team at Centinela Hospital Medical Center. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for answering the switchboard, directing visitors to the appropriate departments, and monitoring hospital alarms.

Responsibilities
  • Answer the switchboard and pages overhead to direct visitors to the correct departments
  • Monitor hospital alarms and be aware of emergency codes and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
Requirements
  • Previous PBX experience preferred
  • Previous experience in receptionist work preferred

Centinela Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The current compensation range for this role is $25.70 to $25.70. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or employment status.
