About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Connect with customers to deliver quality beverages and products, exhibiting professionalism and friendliness at all times.
  • Menu Knowledge and Promotion: Be knowledgeable of all menu items, stay current on seasonal specials, and promote and recommend menu options to customers.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties.
  • Payment Processing: Process all payment methods efficiently and accurately.
  • Personal Appearance and Ambassadorship: Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance, serving as an ambassador of our establishment.

  • Outgoing and Social Personality: Possess an outgoing and social personality to connect with customers.
  • Excellent Communication and Listening Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills to provide exceptional guest experiences.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
