Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in construction design across various project sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. This position will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of construction design documentation across multiple studios in the western United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently identifies design challenges and develops a range of practical design solutions across multiple projects.
  • Creates detailed technical drawings and reviews construction documentation packages.
  • Prepares comprehensive project specifications and accurate cost estimates.
  • Coordinates site preparation activities and manages contract administration while providing oversight during the construction phase.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Possession of CLARB registration and licensure in one or more states within the US.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in complex design administration.
  • Proven experience in leading project teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and contracts.
