  • Ability to explain complex technology topics to executives
  • Extensive technical expertise and knowledge of various technology stacks, mainframe architecture, cloud native applications, integration methodologies, API and Microservices architecture, structured and unstructured databases, data analytics architecture, programming paradigms, and process automation approaches
  • Experience in agile engineering and tooling support
  • Agile mindset and willingness to travel to work with clients and BCG teams
