Job Description

As the Accounting Director at 29 Palms Llc, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Tribal Government. This includes managing the preparation and issuance of financial reports, analyzing economic and financial conditions, and directing the establishment of budget programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement budget programs, ensuring alignment with Tribal Government goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a governmental setting
  • 10 years' equivalent supervisory/management experience
  • CPA preferred

Working Environment:
