Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the assembly of heated blankets, ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
As an Assembler, your primary duties will include:
1. Assembling heated blankets in accordance with technical specifications and drawings.
2. Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to secure components effectively.
3. Installing heating elements, sensors, and insulation materials accurately.
4. Conducting inspections of assembled products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Performing functional tests on heating elements and electronic components.
6. Reporting any assembly discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
7. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
8. Following detailed assembly instructions and safety protocols.
9. Maintaining accurate records of assembly processes and quality checks.
10. Completing production logs and necessary documentation.
11. Performing routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.
12. Keeping the work area clean and organized.
13. Collaborating closely with the production team to achieve daily and weekly production goals.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; trade school experience is a plus.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
