Job Summary:
A Clinical Care Partner is responsible for providing safe, competent patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician
  • Participate as an active member of the nursing team on the assigned unit/department
  • Support an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practice the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups

Requirements:
  • Prefer experience in an acute care setting
  • Must possess one of the following: CNA certificate, Medical Assistant certificate, or current enrollment in an LVN, ADN, or BSN accredited school of nursing with successful completion of first semester
  • Must be > 18 years of age by the date of hire
  • BLS certification upon hire and remain current thereafter
  • De-escalation class within first year of hire as required by site based on specialty unit and job function

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
