Career Opportunities abound at Everstory Partners We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sales Counselor to join our team in one of our cemetery locations. As a Sales Counselor, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity requires an individual who possesses a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and outstanding communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customers with personalized solutions to meet their unique needs, including sales presentations and product demos.
- Utilizing CRM software to manage customer relationships, generate leads, and track sales performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for offsite appointments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required.
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
