As a Sales Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals and families through the memorial planning process, utilizing our proprietary sales process to identify their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • You will present options for in-ground burial, above ground entombment, cremation, memorials, and merchandise, ensuring that all costs are transparent and financing options are available.
  • With your expertise in cemetery services, you will manage our CRM system, generate new leads, and categorize leads based on their level of engagement.
  • Additionally, you will plan and conduct community outreach events to build relationships within the local community and generate new leads.

Requirements:
  • You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with some additional education in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required, with proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) and experience working in a CRM system a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information are essential for success in this role.

About the Role:
