  • Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits, providing guidance on meal planning and nutrition-related restrictions.
  • Evaluate supplement needs and recommend suitable options, contributing to the hospital's formulary.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nutrition science, maintaining accurate records and implementing evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing patient nutritional care.
  • Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy (MNT).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to educate and motivate patients and families on healthy eating habits.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
