Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician in Training, you will play a vital role in our mission to improve Health and Wellness in your community.
Our Pharmacy Technicians are responsible for assisting pharmacists with various tasks, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer service.
We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure our Pharmacy Technicians have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Process prescriptions, including patient searches, prescriber searches, and insurance billing
- Retrieve medication from inventory and prepare prescription labels
- Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department, including cleaning and organization
- Participate in inventory management processes, including order review and restocking shelves
- Administer Rite Aid programs, including FlavoRx and Living More
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
