Position Overview

Forward Slope Inc is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Engineer/Scientist III. This position is integral to our Global Security and Engineering Solutions Team, where you will engage in a variety of responsibilities pertaining to C4ISR systems. Your expertise will contribute to systems analysis, architecture formulation, technical assistance, testing and evaluation, as well as logistics support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough systems analysis and develop robust architectures for C4ISR systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Participate in testing and evaluation processes to validate system capabilities.
  • Assist in logistics support to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to foster innovative solutions and stay abreast of industry advancements.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in C4ISR systems, focusing on systems analysis and architecture development.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on technical experience with C4ISR systems or comparable technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM) or Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) credentials.
  • Certifications specific to vendors or platforms.

Additional Requirements:

  • Possession of an active U.S. security clearance or the capability to obtain one.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000.
