Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager

Equinox Group is a leading collective of lifestyle brands, seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager to join our Finance Organization. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of our external financial reports, consolidating domestic and international entities, and providing technical accounting guidance to executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Financial Reporting & Consolidation team to prepare quarterly and annual reports for Equinox and its affiliated brands.
  • Oversee the consolidation process, ensuring timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance.
  • Provide technical accounting expertise, researching and recording appropriate disclosures for significant transactions and technical accounting issues.
  • Partner with the global tax department to ensure accurate and complete financial statement tax disclosures.
  • Coordinate annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors, managing internal calendars and accounting deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting, consolidations, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, One-Stream, and Shareworks is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
