Job Title: Operations Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team at Orionyx Engineering Ltd. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in monitoring project progress and performance metrics.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial implications of operational decisions and process changes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, finance, and other departments to gather data and understand operational needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize software tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas and suggestions for enhancing operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in operations analysis or a related role; experience in an engineering or technical environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other data visualization software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment: This position is a fully remote work requiring the ability to manage tasks independently and effectively communicate with team members via digital platforms.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: From $27.50 to $48.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours daily)
Expected hours: 40 per week
