**Job Summary**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Utility Position to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Wash dishes or pans by hand or using a dish machine.
  • Clean work tables, walls, refrigerators, and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Remove trash and garbage to designated areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Unload grocery deliveries or transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Clean equipment and facilities using specific chemicals, adhering to safety and sanitary standards.
  • Comply with all HACCP and safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to walk or move around the kitchen area for extended periods.
  • Capacity to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
