Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Associate to join our team at Harvard Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains.
  • Empty trash and replace liners, restock toilet tissue and other dispensers, and clean and sanitize fixtures.
  • Move furniture, vacuum, reposition furniture, and check all trash containers prior to moving them.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concerns.
  • Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in janitorial services or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be willing to work assigned hours
Compensation
