**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler II to join our team at 603 Manufacturing, a Trexon company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling complex electromechanical products in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assemble assigned product parts on the assembly line, adhering to production guidelines and quality standards.
* Read and understand drawings, travelers, and bills of material to ensure accurate assembly.
* Utilize measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting equipment, and stripping machines to assemble products.
* Perform hand crimping, spot tie, and continuous lacing operations.
* Apply heat shrink sleeving and boots, and solder pins, contacts, and solder cups.
* Pot assemblies as required and clean molds.
* Apply conformal coating using a syringe or paint brush.
* Perform spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
* Notify management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
* Adhere to established company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
* Maintain an organized and clean work area.

**Requirements:**

* Prior assembly and cable experience required.
* Advanced training in J-STD-001/IPC-620 Standards.
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
* Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
