The primary role of the Buffet Receptionist and Cash Handling Specialist is to warmly welcome guests and ensure they are seated at a tidy table.

This position involves managing the flow of patrons entering the buffet while executing all cashier duties, including handling cash, credit transactions, and complimentary services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external guests;
  • Maintain awareness of which buffet sections are open, staffed, and prepared for service;
  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, inquire about their party size, and confirm this with the receipt provided;
  • Proactively circulate throughout the dining area, coordinating with service staff to ensure prompt and courteous service;
  • Regularly inspect and uphold cleanliness standards of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Complete all assigned side work efficiently;
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as directed.
