Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at Saint Joseph London. As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementing, and evaluating.
  • Implement appropriate nursing care interventions, including administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Document patient assessments and interventions in accordance with hospital policy and standards of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN license in the State of Kentucky.
  • BLS certification.
