Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory team at Yale New Haven Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan individualized patient care to achieve desired outcomes
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Function as a preceptor to new staff members
- Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the department
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current State of Connecticut nursing license
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Experience in ICU, CCU, or ED nursing preferred
- IV skills required
- BSN degree
- Experience in invasive cardiology or radiology nursing
- CCRN or other clinical certification
