Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Receive, review, and reformat Excel spreadsheets, ensuring proper formatting and data accuracy. Apply formulas and reformat dates within those formulas to clean and organize data.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large volumes of data, particularly within enrollment files, to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Escalate issues when necessary while managing the rest independently.
  • Customer Coordination: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve formatting issues or discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Independent Management: After initial training, manage the data processing workflow autonomously, handling tasks efficiently and with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Excel, including experience with formulas, data manipulation, and comparison. No need for advanced skills like Macros or pivot tables.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify, assess, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills for coordinating with customers and internal teams.
  • EDI Exposure: Some familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is preferred, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently after training, managing tasks and processes with minimal supervision.
