Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control to support clients' environmental programs.
  • Correct deficiencies and maintain a high standard of accuracy within assigned teams.
  • Verify telephonic, written, and electronic regulatory reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party contractors.
  • Provide transparency with senior management regarding invoice, contractor, and customer services grievances.
  • Improve business processes through analysis and collaboration with senior management.
  • Provide leadership to team members and assure project managers are fulfilling expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with project management teams and director of program management.
  • Oversee and direct daily business operations for optimum efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as geology, environmental science, or chemistry.
  • Direct hazardous material response and emergency spill response experience.
  • HAZWOPER, IHMM, RCRA, DOT, OSHA training certificates.
  • 7+ years' experience in a managerial business position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and have a valid driving license.
