  • Review your schedule, adhere to attendance policies, and arrive at work punctually in the designated uniform.

Maintain Professionalism:

  • Exude a friendly and approachable demeanor, always ready to assist.
  • Comply with personal appearance and uniform standards, ensuring good grooming and hygiene.
  • Utilize approved communication techniques when interacting with guests.
  • Follow established protocols when entering guest rooms.

Deliver Exceptional Service:

  • Engage professionally and collaboratively with guests and fellow team members, aligning with the company’s service culture.

Work Efficiently:

  • Utilize your Room Attendant Board to follow instructions regarding cleaning sequence, special requests, and room types.
  • Thoroughly clean all assigned rooms promptly, adhering to service standards while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ensure all guest rooms meet documented quality standards before inspection and occupancy.

Utilize Your Resources:

  • Ensure your cleaning cart or caddy is organized and compliant with standards.
  • Employ approved tools and checklists to complete assigned tasks effectively.
  • Fill out room assignment sheets and submit them to your supervisor at the end of your shift.

Quality Assurance:

  • Produce guest rooms that consistently meet or exceed departmental quality and efficiency benchmarks.

Maintain Cleanliness:

  • Keep your work area, cart, and storage spaces tidy and organized.
  • Promptly report any issues in rooms or public areas to your supervisor or through the appropriate management tool.

Prioritize Safety:

  • Report unsafe conditions or practices and any safety or security violations as per company policy.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors to foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to team efforts by fulfilling responsibilities in a constructive and professional manner.

Additional Duties:
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred, with a background in hospitality or similar fields being advantageous.

Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management. Physical capability to clean all assigned rooms within a shift. Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role is crucial.
