Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment, and manpower. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF technology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet/exceed measurable metrics.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Working Conditions

This role is based in a general office environment with standard office equipment available. The work is generally performed within an office environment with adequate lighting and temperature.
