Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Create insurance proposals, deliver sales presentations, and secure new business.
  • Request referrals from each client and clarify our referral program.
  • Increase sales revenue through various channels including phone, email, and client lists.
  • Seek new business opportunities by following up on leads from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.

Qualifications
  • Prior Sales Experience is Essential
  • An Indiana Property & Casualty License is Mandatory
  • Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to training.
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
  • Be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
