Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
- Create insurance proposals, deliver sales presentations, and secure new business.
- Request referrals from each client and clarify our referral program.
- Increase sales revenue through various channels including phone, email, and client lists.
- Seek new business opportunities by following up on leads from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Present and clarify insurance policy options tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Prior Sales Experience is Essential
- An Indiana Property & Casualty License is Mandatory
- Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to training.
- Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
- Be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
