HME is currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Lead Custodial Supervisor for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. We look forward to your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute general cleaning tasks according to the established schedule.
  • Sanitize and replenish restroom supplies.
  • Clear debris, waste, and discarded boxes from premises, ensuring proper disposal in designated containers (recyclable and non-recyclable).
  • Vacuum carpeted areas and perform thorough dusting at various heights.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of both carpeted and tiled surfaces.
  • Wet mop tile floors and conduct spot cleaning as necessary.
  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of storage and supply areas.
  • Accompany cleaning supply deliveries.
  • Assist with minor construction tasks, moving furniture, and changing light bulbs/ballasts as directed.
  • Monitor the inventory of cleaning equipment such as ladders and vacuums.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Carry out miscellaneous cleaning and maintenance tasks as authorized by management.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment when necessary.
  • Comprehend and apply Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical usage, reporting any high-level concerns to management.
  • Prepare conference rooms for significant meetings and corporate events.
  • Distribute special assignments among custodial staff as requested by supervisors.
  • Fulfill all other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • Competence in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Compensation: $23.32 per hour. This is the anticipated pay range for this role, which may vary based on experience and other considerations. Our comprehensive benefits package includes tuition reimbursement, three weeks of paid vacation in the first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental insurance, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
