About the Role:
As a Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in a long-term care setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
