About the Role

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and internal standards. Reporting directly to the Regulatory Affairs Director, this expert will be responsible for interpreting statutes, regulations, and administrative rules, developing procedures to ensure compliance, and monitoring their performance.

This individual will serve as a liaison between operations, campuses, and regulatory entities, facilitating the implementation, update, and communication of program changes. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with colleagues across institutions and functional areas to develop compliant processes, procedures, reports, materials, and communications.
  2. Representing the organization in professional organizations and government entities, advocating for the company's interests.
  3. Providing regulatory guidance and recommendations for organizational programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Executing controls in high-risk areas to mitigate non-compliance risks, providing regular updates to management.
  5. Mentoring junior colleagues, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices within the team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field, such as law, business, or healthcare.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a federally regulated environment, with a strong understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • The ability to analyze complex information, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $49,199 and $86,253, depending on factors such as experience, location, and qualifications. Please note that actual pay may vary based on these factors.
