Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our team at Conflux Systems in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our Regulatory Department, you will play a crucial role in helping the business remain competitive while meeting regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong background in scientific fields and a proven track record of success in the consumer products industry. Additionally, they will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director Regulatory Affairs in all regulatory aspects of the business
  • Develop registration information and provide regulatory guidance in project meetings
  • Conduct compliance activities, including reviewing labels for AAFCO and FDA compliance and tracking changes
  • Submit Regulatory contact reports into GGAP and maintain product lists (new, updated, and discontinued)
  • Assist in company communications with state AAFCO officials and track APHIS approval letters
  • Monitor and track regulatory changes and trends for domestic and international registrations

Salary: $54,000 - $76,800 per year
