Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and document children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum that aligns with state and national standards.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Early childhood coursework or degree preferred.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent experience.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
