- Release Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including release planning meetings and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the release schedule, working with functional leads and partnering organizations to ensure timely delivery of system software.
- Process Improvement: Refine and implement release management processes, working with team members, leads, and partnering organizations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of system software.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain the program's Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) Release Policy, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development and test teams to understand the impacts of branches and code merges in GitLab, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of system software.
- System Software Delivery: Take ownership of system software deliverables, coordinating work between different Agile teams and ensuring timely delivery to the production environment.
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Lead the implementation of CMDB methodologies in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
- Release Process Management: Manage the release process from development, testing, and finally, to the production environment, ensuring smooth delivery of system software.
- Education: Minimum of 10 years of experience and a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Clearance: Current and Active Top Secret SCI Clearance.
- US Citizenship: Required.
- Travel: Less than 10% (CONUS).
