Essential Qualifications:

  • Certified Building Inspector or equivalent ICC certification
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history
  • State certification as a Standard Building Inspector
  • Proficient in computer operations for data entry and reporting
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Additional ICC Certifications
  • Engineer Intern (EI) or Professional Engineer (PE) licenses
  • Expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or commercial building evaluations
