On-Call Registered Nurse Home Health Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an On-Call Registered Nurse in Home Health. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Summary:This On-Call Registered Nurse position involves providing home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical/surgical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs
- Perform home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in VA
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
