Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for the upkeep and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards. The position is full-time and will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Ensure a tidy and organized work environment and maintain the company vehicle
  • Engage in training sessions and meetings for professional development
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly
  • Possess or be willing to obtain relevant certifications as required

Qualifications

  • Experience in the HVAC field is preferred, but recent graduates from HVAC programs are welcome
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background screening

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Safety is the top priority; knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA regulations is essential
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands for controls
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, and navigate small spaces
  • Ability to lift and/or move over 50 pounds consistently is necessary
  • Work conditions may vary seasonally, requiring outdoor work throughout the year
