About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. As a key member of our Orthopedic department, you will provide exceptional patient care and support for patients undergoing total knee, hip, shoulder, and other surgical procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their hospital stay.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to the ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient care services, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License.
  • At least 3 years of current nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A $10,000 sign-on bonus may be included (some limitations apply). Ask your recruiter for details.
