As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies for Equipment, Engines, Infrastructure Suppliers, and office supplies, with a focus on Container and Racks.
- Identify and onboard new suppliers globally, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality standards.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance, to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement of Manufacture Equipment, Infrastructure Suppliers, and office supplies.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with sourcing and managing suppliers globally.
- Experience in the Mechanical or Electronics Industry is preferred.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
