- Follow the delivery schedule: It is your responsibility to get the delivery to the customer on time and in good condition.
- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service by maintaining professional communication and a positive attitude with customers and team members.
- Think ahead: Be prepared to do your job well. Think of ways to improve your efficiency and share these ideas with others.
- Safety & Compliance: Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously, follow all traffic laws, and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Product Handling: Load and secure merchandise to prevent damage during transport and delivery.
- Warehouse Assistance: Support warehouse operations by preparing and distributing merchandise, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Problem Reporting: Immediately report any damaged or missing merchandise, customer complaints, traffic citations, accidents or injuries to your supervisor.
- Commercial Drivers License: Must hold a valid CDL with a good standing record.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 pounds without restriction.
- Certification: Lift gate certification may be required.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal/theft background check.
