About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Pull-A-Part. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right auto parts, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers in finding the right auto parts and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive and process car titles and other paperwork.
  • Read, interpret, and enter data into our computer systems for accurate record keeping.
  • Provide warranty information to customers and communicate sales promotions and upcoming events.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Experience in a retail or customer service position, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills, including cash management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Good computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices and our computer systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
