We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Strategist to drive the successful activation and adoption of our product suite across our enterprise healthcare clients. This key role is crucial in ensuring seamless client onboarding, rapid time-to-value, and will involve leading a team of implementation specialists while managing strategic client relationships.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end activation projects for new strategic clients from kickoff to go-live and steady state. You will define and standardize implementation methodologies and best practices across the organization. Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans aligned with client objectives and timelines.

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and rapid adoption of our solutions.
  • Implementation Methodologies: Define and standardize implementation methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Comprehensive Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans that meet client objectives and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and administrative personnel during the implementation.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Experience: 7+ years in healthcare technology or a similar role. 3+ years of people management experience leading implementation or customer success teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems (especially Epic). Technical aptitude with basic data analysis capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic implementations simultaneously. Superior communication and presentation skills, particularly with C-level stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, plus excellent benefits such as unlimited PTO, medical, dental, vision, and maternity and paternity paid time off.
