- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support and coverage.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, with multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
