Job Summary:

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Pick and Pack Worker to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted to move inventory and supplies
  • Operate a manual pallet jack to transport goods
  • Stand on feet for up to 8 hours to maintain productivity
  • Operate an RF scanner to track inventory and orders
  • Accurately pick and assemble customer orders to meet quality and accuracy standards
  • Verify and inspect items for quality and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math skills and ability to count accurately
