- Keep requests current in the work queue from end to end, through standard software development lifecycle phases, % complete, status, and notes.
- Thoroughly test SharePoint solutions before providing them to a business partner for review.
- Report and track bugs, requesting support when issues arise.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to complete tasks on or before agreed-upon deadlines.
