We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Emergency Services team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a per diem RN, you will work on a variable shift, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
About the RoleThis per diem RN position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a member of our team, you will be expected to provide exceptional care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Relevant certifications applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
