We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Services RN to join our team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a member of our emergency services team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices in emergency services.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
