About the Role

We're seeking a talented Investment Consultant to join our Branch Network team at Charles Schwab. As an Investment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization, working closely with our experienced Financial Consultants to build a book of business and deliver unparalleled value and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Schwab clients through proactive, outbound calls and needs-based analysis
  • Position and sell appropriate products and solutions to meet client needs and goals
  • Collaborate with Financial Consultants to learn best practices and develop skills in financial planning and wealth management
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Valid and active Series 7 license required
  • Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment)
  • Valid and active Life and Health Insurance license required (may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry (required)
  • Financial business development experience (highly preferred)
