About the Opportunity

As an Investment Consultant at Schwab, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our Branch Network at the ground floor. This role provides the exposure and experience required to advance in the challenging space of financial consulting. You will learn what it takes to build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients, uncovering opportunities through needs-based analysis and positioning appropriate products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver unparalleled value and service to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
