Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing physical therapy care to patients of all ages, from infancy to adulthood, to enhance performance and optimize movement, development, and function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy care and treatment planning for patients with a variety of physical conditions.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the therapy diagnosis and develop a plan of care.
  • Implement and progress treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and rounds to meet the needs of each patient and family.
Requirements
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
  • Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Sound clinical reasoning skills consistent with standards of care and professional practice standards.
