Job Overview

Evolver is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the execution of individual projects and serve as the management focal point. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic vision and direction, with the ability to ensure that all tasks are fully executed in accordance with schedule, cost, quality, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strategic partner relationships with leadership on the project, addressing issues and circumstances as they arise.
  • Notify leadership of significant issues in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide a clear strategic vision and direction to project team members, ensuring that all tasks are executed to meet schedule, cost, quality, and performance requirements.
  • Delegate administrative, coordination, and financial duties as necessary, ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and progress, leading effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across functional and technical teams.
  • Oversee all operations, taking corrective action and mitigating deviations from instruction as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to standard processes, staffing procedures, and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • MBA or MS/MA degree in Management, Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline. Alternatively, 15 years of related experience may be considered.
  • PMP Certification or a comparable substitution
  • 12 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager for contracts, system development, acquisitions, or systems engineering and integration efforts over $20M
